Eirik Norman Hansen
Chief Disruption Officer at Epicenter & Host

Eirik Norman Hansen is an award-winning futurist, speaker, and author who has spent over 20 years at the forefront of technology and digitalization. Having held leadership roles in several major digital agencies, Eirik now runs his own consultancy dedicated to helping organizations navigate the future. His work focuses on the intersection of technology and humanity, exploring how digital evolution reshapes our lives, organizations, and society.

A frequent media commentator and host of multiple podcastsโ€”including 30 Minutes into the Future and A Walk in the Parkโ€”Eirik is a recognized "digital expert" on national TV and radio. He was named Speaker of the Year in 2018 and has received nominations for the award every year since. Whether through his TEDx talk on "Hyperadoption" or his co-authorship of books on AI and law, Eirikโ€™s mission is to move audiences from skepticism to curiosity, inspiring them to embrace the possibilities of tomorrow.

Vojtech Hanicinec
Medical Doctor and PhD student, OUS

Vojta is a medical doctor and PhD student at the Department of Ophthalmology at OUS, working in the EYETEC lab as part of the PUMA study. His research focuses on uveal melanoma, where he uses single-cell and spatial transcriptomics to understand tumor cellular composition and the role of immune system in disease development. He is also interested in developing reliable biomarkers for monitoring disease progression and improving clinical management.

Jan Dyre

Jan Dyre is fascinated by how intelligence emergesโ€”from bacteria banding together for survival to robots learning to cooperate without leaders. With a background in philosophy and a PhD in swarm robotics, his work explores the deep connections between biology, software, and collective behaviour. Heโ€™s driven by a passion for resilient, decentralised systems and the strange beauty of coordination without central command. Jan Dyre has supervised more than 250 engineering students in Norway, written extensively on swarm theory, and gives regular talks on the intersection of ethics, technology, and autonomy.
